Shiatsu
can bring one back into a more balanced and positive state
of mind. It can be used in conjunction with medication or
sometimes medication can be avoided altogether with a course
of Shiatsu treatments.
Anxiety
can come about through an imbalance in the body and mind.
The mind is unable to rest, and as a consequence, relaxation
becomes difficult and sleep patterns may be affected, exacerbating
the problem. There is often associated perspiration as well
as vivid and sometimes disturbing dreams. Palpitations may
be experienced and a feeling of discomfort around other people.
‘Panic attacks’ may be experienced. These conditions
can be greatly helped by Shiatsu treatments. |
